PicoSSR 3 is the smallest MOSFET for AEG in the market

Although its dimensions are only 4x6x21 mm, PicoSSR 3 is very powerful. It has wonderful electrical and mechanical characteristics and it fits replicas with little space for a MOSFET.

In addition, it is fully resistant to immersion in water (after the heat shrink sleeve is put). It can work with the most powerful AEGs - the maximum rated battery voltage is 12.8 V.
