The Colt Walker is a single-action revolver manufactured under the direction of Samuel Colt at the Eli Whitney Junior factory in 1847.
Its name comes from the name of Captain Walker, an officer of the Texas Rangers. He had this revolver adopted by the United States Army for the Cavalry engaged against Mexico.
